I haven't been to this or any other laundry for twenty years but needed the commercial sized washer/dryer to clean our comforter. The proprietor answered my questions on the phone ("Yes, we have commercial sized machines and yes, we can exchange dollars for quarters on site). The business is very clean and there's a rest room, TV, good lighting, seating and folding tables. The best 👌 thing about my experience was the personal assistance the proprietor gave me by helping me fold my clean comforter and load it into a plastic bag. I highly recommend this business.

This is a review for the drop off service ONLY. I have been coming here to drop off my laundry for their wash, dry, and fold service for about a year after moving to the area. Only twice have i been truly satisfied with it, i dropped it off w an African American Gentleman and i was very pleased. I have asked them many times to dry my blankets on medium heat so they do not burn and they did in fact burn ALL my blankets. I'm upset at the fact that they do not follow my simple instructions, which i give in a kind way (i respect all service workers and borderline afraid to speak up) as I am willing to pay a little more since blankets are apparently more time consuming and cost more. I have a portable washer at home which is how I do my clothes. I have dropped off my husband's work clothes and for some reason it's like they weren't even washed. They were still somewhat dirty. Everytime i drop off it's between 40-80 bucks so it's not cheap for subpar service. From now on i suppose i will make time to do it myself, as the only reason for doing the drop off service is because i have two small impatient children 🤷🏽‍♀️

Very honest. I've used both where I dropped off my laundry and did it myself. They even called me to tell me I had one more basket I didn't pick up. I am very impressed! This is one of the cleanest laundry I've ever seen. And they have air and all machines work too. You can't go wrong trying this small but powerful laundromat...
