I relocated from Ohio to Florida in 2021. I was unfamiliar with the area and needed to find a storage unit. I was literally at the end of my rope and saw Stronghold from 98. I went in and was immediately greeted by Ron. It was the end of the day and I knew he was ready to go home. He talked to me and was very patient with explaining what having a storage unit would mean for me. Although it was the end of the day he took the time to actually show me the unit and show me how to navigate thru hallways to get there. Several times over the next few months I would stop in to change cards on my account or ask different questions about the unit. FAST FOWARD ONE YEAR LATER ... I purchased a home and needed to end my relationship with Ron and Stronghold. I moved out of the unit and stopped in to talk with him. Just like the very first day he was engaging, patient, pleasant and very funny!!! Ron is an amazing first impression of Stronghold Storage. I had a great experience while renting there and I hope anyone who is in the area and needs a storage unit considers Stronghold.

If I could give them a negative stars I would simply because of the way I was treated by Ron the manager. He was VERY rude and condescending to me for a misunderstanding on my end that was less then 10 seconds. He is rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. When I asked him for the corporate number he told me I did not need and in the end decided he was going to hang up on for because he is just simply rude. I hope they record calls because the way this man spoke to me was completely indecent and for him to be a manager and treat a customer like he treated me. Rude and dismissive reflects horribly on this company. I would not recommend this location to anyone
