I appreciated the entire staff at Forsythe Hospice House for their dedicated end-of-life care for my Father. I suppose that many hospice facilities are well equipped to handle their patients, but the team at Forsythe went above and beyond to care for me and my family that would be surviving him too. The head RN (Lisa) personally brought a crochet kit for my daughter who was learning how to crochet at the time. The social service team (Sarah) followed up after his passing to make sure that we had support. The physician (Dr. Christiano), nurses (Bill in particular), and even support staff (Ethan) made sure that all questions were answered, and needs were met throughout his stay. The team truly demonstrated their care for our family through a very difficult transition. We will always be grateful. Sam, Stephanie, and Violet Cahill

Healing place in times of trouble. So helpful and supportive to both my husband facing stage 4 aggressive lung cancer and me as his primary caregiver. Also just attended their holiday night of remembrance with my son. It was time well spent, graciously and gently offered. I'll go again next year, God wiliing and the creek don't rise! I'll never forget their compassion! Even when I had to call at midnight to ask the nurse on duty to tell him it was time to go to sleep! Don't ask...It worked :)

We were with the George C. Forsythe Hospice House for less than a day, but we could feel the love and caring of each staff member towards our dear mother. It’s all about their patients and their families. Excellent facility and staff. Thank you all.
