Been trying to get a good sum of money out of an old savings account for about 15 months. They give me a wrap around and act like they know nothing and tell me to talk to x person, and that person never calls. Terrible service never bank with this branch.

I have banked there almost 20 years.. Before that I don't know.. It's great customer service.. Plus you can find out everything you need by phone also.. Calling customer service number or directly call the bank itself..
