Worst customer service I have ever experienced, no communication, no follow-ups. I have been working with them for about 3 year to get this system online, with no luck. My system has been installed for 5 months now and still not generating power. I've call customer service only to get a call taker who has no idea what the heck is going on and couldn't even find my account for over 15 minutes. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would never recommend them to anyone.

You dont need to break it. Program just transfer to new owner. Just like your electric bill.
