No you don't have to wear a mask and it is full compassity. But it's not that packed at all very few kids but it also depends on when you go. Hit or miss.

Yes, to the right of the entrance opposite side to the ticket desk. It is an automated kiosk system. Its 5$ for 2 hours now, and does NOT give change. It takes cards or exact cost. You must prepay, then pay extra if you go over your rental period. The lockers have the cost stickered on at "4$ for 2 hours" but the actual rental cost is $5 minimum.
They have packages according on what you want to do and they are all day long
