A very beautiful park to visit, they have manatees in the lake with other animals and birds around the park. There is a rest room with a shop to buy souvenirs and drinks. Well worth a visit.

A beautiful park to wander around. Meet the residents and see manatees being fed cratefuls of lettuce ... we really enjoyed our stop here. Interesting, peaceful and beautiful birds and animals to see.

No because of the small zoo, but they did have a very convenient dog kennel area with cages and crates with a key you could keep while your dog was in there and they had fresh water for your dog, very nice
Not inside the park, but there's is boating and swimming available right outside the park...
There are 2 places to park. One is the entrance to the wildlife exhibits, and it's right at the entrance. The other parking takes you through a 15 min walk(hike) through the State Park woods on a paved walkway.
$13 for adult, $5 for ages 6-12, free for ages under 5
We went last week. It was $13 for general admission.
Adults 13, 6-12 5, and under 5 are free. If you visit several Florida State parks you might want to get the family yearly pass.
I am not sure, but I think you can find some within a short drive from there.
