Went for dinner and waited for like 25 minutes for our entrees. The restaurant wasn't even packed either. The waitress didn't ask once if we wanted a refill on our drinks. Was absolute one of the worst experiences I've had going to a restaurant especially Applebees. And I've gone to Applebees in the past and it never was this bad.

My daughter and I frequent this location every week, she has autism and things are very routine. The staff are amazing with us they seat us in our regular seat each week. So understanding and accommodating. It makes my heart full to know there is still good people in this world. Appreciate it so much.

Terrible service and I agree that management needs to get better. Will not go back

Just left the place and was very disappointed. Been there in the past and had no issues but this place clearly has gone down the crapper since. Was looking forward to the Bourbon Street Steak but will never be back again..

No! Not for delivery. The delivery person has no way to run the card, to see the amount that is left on it. In order to make sure their is enough to cover the order. Gift cards are for use inside only.
