I normally like to get my car serviced at the dealership becuase I trust they know what they are doing. I have never had a bad experience at any jeep dealership I have dealt with before, until now. Firstly, the employees at this location are not friendly, at all. Everytime I have came in for service I was never greeted. I had to ask for help each time. Makes me feel like you don’t even want customers. I get places are busy, but you can at least greet your customers. Secondly, the thoroughness of the techs/employees leaves much to be desired. I knew coming in to my appointment that I had an issue with my ambient air temp sensor. I asked them when I came in if they could look my vehicle and see if/what it needed to be repaired. I don’t have my visit report anymore but it said something like “vehicle is working to standard”. This was absolutely untrue. As soon as I left my vehicle continued to have a malfunctioning temp read on my dash. Went to Absher in Marion and they quickly told me exactly what part I would need to fix the problem. You just lost a $500+ service appointment from me. Go somewhere else, you will get taken care of much better.

The people at Ward Chrysler Center in Carbondale took good care of the school's van. The van left us stranded but we were able to get it a few blocks to the dealership and they kept it and fixed it right up. The $$ was very reasonable. They were kind and fair. Good job Ward Chrysler Center.

They were all so helpful, nice and respectful to us as we traded in our truck and got a new one.
