You are unable to place an order on our website since all orders are custom. Once you have ordered a bag, you can reorder simply by sending us an email or faxed a purchase order.

Our bags are FDA Approved and are safe for medical packaging.

New customers looking to place their first order are generally required to make a 50% deposit upon artwork approval and the balance upon delivery. However, customers that have completed a credit check and been approved will be offered net 30.

Each order is customized and lead times will vary. We are the manufacturer and that allows for quicker lead times than our competitors

A pouch bag (laminated pouch bag) has a bottom gussett and is slightly more rigid than a lay flat bag which allows your product to be displayed standing up

Yes as long as you provide artwork that includes the FDA requirements. We will custom print what you approve in terms of artwork. We do not offer a service that determines if your labeling meets these requirements.

A pouch bag is made of several layers and typically has a bottom gusset that allows your product to stand up. The layers help to protect your product and keep it fresh.

Flexible packaging using laminated pouch bags is "flexible". Rigid packaging is typically a form of cardboard and takes up more space and is prone to damage, which doesn't help to sell your product.

You can pick up your order or we can send it via shipping company. Shipping is not included in the price of your bag. You can request a shipping quote on your order prior to placing it.

You would supply us with artwork and we send your artwork to our plate maker to create a final proof for your approval.

The minimum order is based upon weight. Since all orders are customized to your specifications, we bring in film specifically for your order. The minimum is 500 pounds of film.

We manufacture / convert low density poly bags as well as laminated pouch bags in a variety of options. We offer pre-opened bags on a roll, wicketed bags, lay flat poly bags, reclosable zipper bags, bottom and side gusset bags, custom printed bags, and plastic sheeting. The bags are made from FDA approved materials (unless otherwise requested) and can be used for a variety of applications.

All poly bakery bags are made from FDA approved materials and are typically wicketed bags. Bagmasters is AIB Certified and offers an additional level of food safety and food defense systems that make the bag safe for packaging food items. We make our bags in the USA.

This is not an option for wicketed bags - this would be a laminated pouch bag. Bags are measured for overall size with an indication of where the zipper would be located as well as the size of the bottom gusset.

Custom printed bags must go through an artwork approval process that includes ordering plates and sign offs on artwork. We print up to 8 colors.

Wicketed bags have many customization options. Custom print, vent holes, perforations, and various colors of poly film are available.

Wicketed bags are low-density poly bags with a header and are mounted on a wicket (two pronged post) and are designed to allow for faster production.
