Awesome service! I live in Harlan and I drive to Pineville Little Caesars every time I want a pizza. Very friendly staff. Pizza is always fresh. I always call ahead of time and it's always ready when I get there. It does get busy sometime so I sometimes wait a little bit. But it's worth it!

We drive from middlesboro to pineville because there pizza is always better but this is the absolute worst pizza I've ever gotten in my life!!! Half the dough is gone and it's just toppings it's literally disgusting and cant even get ahold of them!!!

it is usually good but Friday night it wasn't cooked done. the telephone wasn't working , wanted wings but having to wait 30 to 40 minutes was not an option need to check into phone service 😑

I order a sausage because they usually have the most cheese. I asked to be made fresh. Waited 8 to 10 minutes. Got home to this... 😭😭😂😂😂 I can't win for losing. Little Caesar's running low on cheese apparently!
