Jeremy performed water mitigation at my Mother's house right after she passed away. It was a difficult situation for me personally and also tricky to know if it would be insured. We decided that I would pay half up front, and hopefully the insurance would cover the rest, otherwise I would. When it became clear insurance would cover it he insisted I provide a credit card first, just in case he was unsatisfied with the amount they paid out. I refused and he decided to sue me. Hence the one star. Also beware, he told me that all the whole kitchen needed to be replaced. I offered an alternative which worked just fine, and luckily I didn't also have to pay for a kitchen that didn't actually need replacing.

PuroClean provided insulation remediation service at my home. The job was considered a biohazard due to previous nesting of mice within the insulation. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. They were super responsive, thorough, and very professional. After the job was done, they came back out for a quality review. I initially called ServPro and they sent someone out but I couldn’t get them to follow up. I should have gone with PuroClean from the beginning. I can’t recommend these Jeremy and his team enough.

The bathroom is a prime area for water damage, since almost everything you do in there involve water use. To prevent water damage, you can replace torn shower curtains, dry the floor and drain water from the tub after use, check for leaking pipes, and ensure that the grout and caulking are in good condition.
Water can lead to more damage such as mold growth. Reputable restoration companies also extract the water from the damaged area as part of the fire restoration job.
Preventing mold requires fixing moisture problems in your home. Repair leaks in the walls, roof, gutters, and plumbing pipes, keep indoor humidity at 30-50% by using a dehumidifier, ventilate appliances that generate moisture, and keep the gutter system clean.
