They have a very good product and you are able to get exactly what you need for your space. I live in Ohio and found this store a few years ago while on vacation. We have 2 outdoor fans on our pergola and with our weather, including wind, they take a beating! If I have a question, I call this store. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! We have replaced blades and arms over the years due to storms and just bought a new bedroom fan. It arrived very quickly and well packaged. SO quiet! Jim is such a professional person. Reminds me of when companies use to provide customer service. Not the automated phones and a person who only knows the answer that pops up on their screen that passes for service now.
