Usually an awesome place but the water level is pulled down, the ramp closed and won’t be open until mid November.

I would say yes since the JB has a flat bottom.

I see people talk about fishing here, can you set up camp in this area?

No camping around the boat ramp or parking lot you can sit there all night and fish if you have a boat you can go upstream to you get to the new river trail and theres a couple campsites on the right i was there couple weeks ago pretty nice
