I bought a birthday cake for my wife specifically told them I wanted a chocolate cake with peanut butter in the middle of the cake, with chocolate icing covering the cake and then chocolate fudge on top. I show up to pick cake up and the cake has peanut butter icing instead of chocolate. Obviously I was disappointed but what bothered me the most was is they refused to own up to there mistake and didn’t even offer to take money off of what I owed. I won’t come back again. I recommend going somewhere else to get your cake if you want it done right. I mean at least own up to it and apologize. I didn’t spend my money to get the wrong cake!

We first heard of cakes by Caroline at a birthday party, the cake was a beautiful farm themed, so we decided to use them for my sons birthday party. I sent a picture of what he wanted to cakes by Caroline and it came out great and was delicious we will be back for all of our cake needs!

Definitely impressed by their amazing work. I got exactly what I asked for and that is very important with birthdays. The icing was so delish and the cake was moist and full of flavor. We ordered cupcakes and cookies for a gathering this past weekend as we wanted easy food that folks could pick up and eat without slicing a cake and dealing with plates and forks. Everything was moist, delicious, flavorful and a big hit. We over ordered slightly and continued to enjoy for 3 days more until we left town to go home and they were still great and had not dried out. I am no longer local to St. Pete but my local friends who attended our event also praised the cakes here and said they order from here for special events. I did not know that when ordering as I found on Google but it was further confirmation of the quality of their products. Highly recommend.
