I haven’t even been in yet, and that’s the problem, because no matter how often I call or email them about making an appointment, nobody responds. I’ve been trying to find a dentist for a month because I suspect I may have a cavity, and this is not an effective use of my time. I’ve been looking elsewhere as well, but they’re either not accepting new patients or haven’t replied back either. UPDATE: I’ve finally gotten an appointment scheduled, but they made it a month from now. I get that they have other patients, but my doctor suspects I have TMD on top of the cavity and I can’t wait another month. Well, I guess technically I could, but this is kind of an important issue and I’d like to at least be checked up sooner if not an actual procedure yet. UPDATE 2: They rescheduled my appointment to an earlier date and today I went in. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I had a pleasant experience there. I’d say the only problem is scheduling in general since they’re backed up, especially if you’re a new patient.

I’ve read and heard some terrible reviews about this place. I honestly can say I had a very pleasant experience with them as far as my wisdom teeth extraction. I have severe anxiety that only gets worse at the dentist and they were absolutely great. Staff in the front is very friendly and polite. Even the Dentist I seen for the dry socket after seemed to have a good personality which is always helpful in this field.
