We had the most sweet attentive waitress names Lexi. She was a beautiful young lady that was very polite and helped us with all of our questions plus made our younger kids happy. She made my first experience going there a gold star! Good service really does make a HUGE difference. Also the food was quick and cook perfectly, and it's all so so so yummy. Plus they have fried pickles... yum.. also the kids meals come in cute little. Old school. Convertible car! So cool and we will be back

I have visited your establishment three times and this is the first that I have had an experience like this, which is why I am leaving this review. I must say before I go further, on my first visit I had quite possibly one of the best cooked/prepared burgers I have ever eaten at fast food restaurant. Sadly I cannot the same on this visit. I usually stop by before work around 8:00pm and I stopped by at that same time on this particular night. (Wednesday 6th 2021) I ordered a double All American Burger with no mayo, no cheese, fries and no drink. I do remember the young lady that took my order was polite and courteous. I did not take my receipt which I wish I did. I paid $10.82. I remember that it was not busy at all. Maybe one to two patrons eating in the dinning room. After placing my order she had to go to the back to let two young men know there was a order. When they came out they were engaged in conversation which continued during the preparation of this order. I think all in all I waited roughly about 15 - 20 minutes. The young lady brought me my order and apologized for my wait. I thanked her and left. When I arrived at work I found what the pictures attached show. Honestly I was at first disappointed and then became slightly angry. I was sure that I was clear in my order. It is possible the young lady did not hear me. First, there was the cheese that I specifically did not ask for. Second, there was no additional patty only a single. The patty itself was hanging partially off the bottom bun. Lettuce looked as if it was simply thrown on the burger. With the exception of the fries which were good as usual(maybe a tad more salt) the entire meal looked as if it had been carelessly thrown together. I was reluctant to eat the burger mainly because of the cheese since it had taken on the appearance of a yellow glue as the tomatoes, the scattered bits of lettuce and everything else had adhered into one solid mass. Yet I was hungry, obviously. The first few bites were adequate yet nothing to rave over. The meat did not have the freshness nor taste it has had in past visits. After a few more bites I was done and discarded what remained. I have tried to be very honest in this review. Im giving two stars on this visit as one would be too negative and knowing accidents do happen. Though I do believe people work hard for their money and expect not a perfect meal but a decent meal when they choose to purchase one. I hope this review could be used as a means of improvement possibly retraining. As "plate presentation" and consistency, accuracy and care is key in all food preparation. I would not say this one bad experience is a end all for me. Yet it does leave me hesitant for now. I hope in the future when I do choose to order food from your establishment again it is as enjoyable as it was on my very first visit.

Excellent place. Very clean dining room and bathrooms. The food is fresh, the flavors were clear and didn’t taste previously frozen. The shrimp Po Boy and Hamburger were awesome.
