I've been shopping in this store about 30 years now and yesterday was a complete disappointment! It really stinks Ellen's Hallmark sold out to The Paper Store. It now looks and feels like a glorified Five Below Store. We're 2 years into Covid yet they just put up barriers at the counter that makes it look like a gas station. All other retailers have taken theirs down. The counter now looks very generic in it's products. The employees were rude and have no desire too help. It's really sad that a store I've come to depend on for my ornaments and gifts is now nothing special at all. I won't be back.
