This store is only interested in Sales. I chose to discontinue some services. I was informed by an Spectrum on line employee that I could turn my equipment into A) The Spectrum store. B) bring the equipment to UPS. I chose to bring the equipment to the store. Once I brought the equipment into the store, I was as told that I needed to bring the equipment to the UPS store, down the street. I packed up the equipment as well as my neighbors and drove to the UPS store. The UPS store had a huge line and there was not a place to park. Frustrated, I went back to the Spectrum Store. An employee said, my boss already told you we cannot except your equipment. I said, I was told that I could return this equipment to the store. Option A. After some visiting, I was able to return the equipment. The last couple of weeks, I’ve been trying to change my phone carrier to Spectrum from AT&T. Im a little technically challenged. I drove 30 miles to the Spectrum store for help. (The same store) I requested help from a customer service rep. She would not help me at the store. Her response was, we work on commission. If you ordered service online and had a problem or need help, you need to contact them. She gave me a phone # to call.

I went there this morning to pay my bill. I was seen right away, early morning. Well that’s where things went downhill. I was asked for my phone number and name and was told they couldn’t take my check, I’d have to mail it! Really isn’t this your business to take payments???? I asked where do I mail it, it seemed as if I asked a question that wasn’t pertinent to their business. Then the guy asked me for my drivers license. This is not needed, since he was not going to help me any how. I refused and I said I gave him adequate information. So unhelpful! Spectrum is a company that doesn’t value their clients and the large amount of money they charge for monthly cable.
