He is very responsive and possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience. Chimney Cricket worked quickly and efficiently, and yet at the same time, no small detail was overlooked. The team was timely, showing up when they said they would. At the start of every day, the team covered my carpets to minimize dust. During the process, they regularly solicited our feedback to ensure the work product was to my liking and changed things as we specified. The team also provided stylistic tips and suggestions. At the end of the day, the team cleaned up. The end result is a custom, beautifully crafted fireplace and hearth.

The crew from Chimney Cricket just finished our chimney liner installation and replacing our fireplace doors last week. Jimmy was great and very friendly! He showed us the issues with our fireplace and explained why it needed a liner and then helped me find reasonable fireplace doors online by giving me exactly what size to look for during his first visit in December. When the liner was installed he and the other crew member took their time to cover our floors, explain what they were doing, and even painted the inside of our fireplace black! It looks amazing!
