In the archery / bow hunting world it’s hard to find a local shop, let alone one that treats their customers with respect. I just picked up a Hoyt from the store on Friday and the service and hospitality me and my father received from Joe and Vinny was top notch. I had my sight changed twice yesterday, as my quiver was not compatible with my older sight. Unfortunately, we realized this after we spent some time getting that sight dialed in. I purchased a new trophy ridge h5 from the shop and they had it installed right then and there. Very fast turn around seeing as the season just started and everyone was rushing in there to get their bow worked on last minute. With my new sight that was compatible with my new bow / quiver set up, Joe took the time out AGAIN, to sight me in their range. Joe insisted numerous times that I could not leave until I was absolutely happy with the entire set up. They already received my money, however, the job was not done, they truly wanted to make sure I was totally happy with my purchase. They gained a lifetime customer out of me and my father.
