Despite What looks to be adequate staffing (there were 5 employees) for some reason there is always a 30 minute wait for a simple hot or ready. Last time they literally took 40 minutes then said "we lost your pizzas" and offered me free soda since it would be another 15 minutes. Come-on guys...being patient with short staffing is one thing but this was just chaos.

I would like to give less it if we're available. Don't bother calling ahead, this particular place would rather give less care of taking your order then getting you out the door and taking your money. Garbage mentality

Worst little Caesars pizza location in michigan. Do not go there you'll regret it. Customer service sucks. Wait time is about 1 hour. If u call in a order workers don't even make your order when you go to pick up after 20 minutes they say they don't have your order.

I ordered a pizza and sat and waited for over 40 minutes before it showed up in the portal. I understand places are short staffed, but this was unacceptable. I got home, both my pizza and cheese bread were cold and now the place is closed so I can't talk to anybody... Never going to this location again. Not to mention there were four or five other people inside the lobby that had ordered from the portal the same way I did 😑😑😑
