617 Walton Pontiac Michigan absolutely the worst Tim Hortons in Oakland county. They never have the option to order from the app on the inside is open when they want to open it. And it takes over 30 minutes to even get to the order box. Only use to stop here because it was on my route to work but now I got past my job to the Adams and Walton Tim Hortons because the service is faster and better at every other Tim hortons

The service on January 9, 2022 is indicative of this stores steady downfall in service. They can’t get it right. My food was not only wrong it was late. I had to wait at the other side of the store for a bagel that never came.

I’ve been here a few times and they’re great. Today, they messed up my order but they were so kind when I called to let them know. Monte fixed the issue and let me know they will replace my order next time I come by, since I live far away. I highly recommend this location for their great customer service!
