My rental’s garage door has a broken spring and needed replaced/repair. My brother called and someone came which is great. However, a few days later there’s noises from the garage door when so my brother called and left a message but no returned call or acknowledgement of any sort. So, we figured you were busy because we would not be your only customers. A few days after, my brother called again and still no response. I’ve been in business myself and I am very understanding. I always appreciate business that shows up and do their job. But to replace a spring and parts for $295 and not back up your work is very unprofessional and a rip off.
