Since when is it ok to run the register or answer the phone & then use BARE hands to add cheese to pizzas? The worker is awesome, one of the best, but had I seen this before I paid for my order, I would have walked out. YUK!! Even though the food is decent & the price is right, I'm done with Pizza Hut.

Well staff place not happy that i waited 30 mins for a carryout order placed in the store only to wait another 15 mins because the order got lost or forgot wish i could give a better review

Over an hour for delivery but the app says it will be 25-35. At least display the correct time please. The tracker says my pizza got on the road 40 minutes ago but the guy at the store said it’s still at the store. Pretty concerning!

They deliver as long as you're within a 1 mile radius from them.
When i was in, one other guest was waiting, we did 10 feet apart. Register has a plastic barrier, the employees were masked and gloved up. They have a curb side option also if you dont go in.

One of the worst dine in experiences ever. More than once too. Both times I completed a survey to corporate and never even got an apology. My friends and I will never visit again.
I believe they do deliver.
