I love which Wich sandwiches but there's never any consistency. 6pm on a Saturday ordering at the drive up order menu to be told they were closed .....why? Ugh 🙄

Staff is rude & ignored us for FIVE WHOLE MINUTES because we didn't know we had to fill out some silly order card. My boyfriend even yelled to get their attention, they made eye contact & just completely ignored us. Will not go back.

Ordered sandwiches on line. Told to be here at a certain time. Show up, nothing has been done. Nobody has lifted a finger. Estimate that it will take about an hour to pickup a sandwich? I could say a lot more. This will be the last time I ever come here. Now I’m worried about what quality food that will be received. I see 4 people working with no customers. They appear busy, but no customers? When I pulled up at the drive through, 2 staff members played peekaboo and acted like they didn’t see me. This place needs to be shutdown.
