As discussed privately, we had other serious matters to attend to with your guests and go above and beyond our duties to make sure other items did not fall short. The cheesecake which was left for hours unrefrigerated was not editable. We also mentioned at every meeting that we do not have refrigeration. Thankfully, a plethora of other desserts were available and enjoyed by your guests. All prices and package details are described on the rental contract. The city has an outdoor noise ordinance of 11pm. Unfortunately, it rained and nearly destroyed the DJs equipment and everyone decided to go home. The bride and groom were told exactly where their belongings would be on Sunday and were able to come at their leisure, when most venues have a strict timeframe. Their decorations were boxed and waiting for them on a cart upon arrival. I sent a variety of vendor options, but you chose to use family and friends instead. As the bride was aware, my young son has had medical issues that made scheduling difficult at times, however, we had every meeting that was requested. We are an outdoor, farm venue, we have animals and unfortunately, some clients don't respect our facilities and damage them beyond repair within a short timeframe. I apologize, again, for our shortcomings and wish you all the best.
