Paid my property online twice and the system kicked back the payment and I was charged fees and more interest. Paid it in person and more than a month later I still cannot renew my registration. Getting someone on the phone or to return a call is impossible.

Trying to identify what is happening to our roads with all these huge holes even on Main street, downtown Hartford. Do we not pay enough taxes to fix our roads. Parking is ridiculous. For the holidays, no decorations in our downtown other than individuals who did something for their individual buildings. Nothing in front of our Capital City downtown, not even outside City Hall. Went to collect mask at the Library across street and on coming out, the meter people were just about to ticket. Where were we expected to park and why are the staff in City Hall so unprofessional. Zero to one star. Horrible service.

Said one business day to clear taxes. Paid in cash at 8:30am when they opened. Two days now still hasn't cleared. Worst service ever of all the towns in CT
