Little campground and fairly quiet. Lake isn't really for swimming especially with the leeches. Area is very nice to explore. Just wish there was shade but thankfully had our own.

We just love Gooseberry! We always have and always Will! If I had just one complaint, those of us that come up and don't have toilets would really appreciate it if the restroom was emptied! It's really full! Thanks again for a great place to camp!

What a nice place to camp! We stayed in the spots right next to the reservoir which are very big and I loved how they aren't too close to the neighboring spots. The only down side was there aren't any trees there but as long as you have some cover you'll be alright. Fishing was good and everyone in our group seemed to get more than a few little ones.

Haven't got their yet this year,but the best place to go and totally unwind
No. I don't believe so. But, there are other campgrounds not far from the lake and several places you can do shoreline fishing from.
