I have been waiting 3 days for them to pick up my totaled car to bring it to my insurances field service location, so it can be inspected and I can get a new car. They keep lying and say that no one will answer to release the car.
I called and asked them to call while I was on the phone and they hung up. If you can go through ANY OTHER COMPANY, I would. They're lazy and don't care about anything.

My car left their lot more damaged than how it arrived. Unnecessarily removed my license plates without my awareness or even remotely close to my approval. I hold equal blame and guilt to my insurance too.

Never trust for this copart some people buying the wracked car from other locations. fixing a little and putting to this copart the yard sale maneger don't check the car don't research previous of the car and He telling the people our car is as is it means cheating and fraud for this copart.
Having a license, I recommend that you check the cars you want to buy well because many times they sell them that they turn on and have a clean title and it is a lie, a claim has already happened and they told me that leaving their yard they are not responsible
