I love this bank and their staff....Everyone is always so friendly. Also, they never have customers at the drive thru's waiting long periods of time..They move right along....The other bank in everett is terrible for sitting long periods and WAITING, sometimes 15 minutes or longer...I try to avoid that branch, but the malden, mass branch is nothing but great!!!

I recently had a problem with my debit card for my business. It had been compromised and had to be cancelled. I was told that I'd be receiving a new card within 7-10 days. 20 days went by and still no card. I called the Malden Century Bank and spoke with Carmen. Carmen did an outstanding job getting the situation cleared up and putting a RUSH on my new debit card. I am very thankful for her assistance. Thank you Carmen!!
