Trashy no stay over maid service , and the staff was very rude to everyone I saw them interact with, I paid 400 bucks and they couldn't even leave fresh towels and replenish the coffee supplies !! Men cat calling me and my 16 yr old from to other side of the motel and then knocking on our door don't stay here unless you can't find. A Walmart to buy a tent camping would be better then this

Rooms were average but clean. The beds were comfy and clean. The pools for kids were nice. I felt safe and comfortable here. I read a lot of bad reviews for here but don’t feel they were accurate for our stay. We have three young children and felt good about having them here. It’s close to food and shops and an ok distance from the beach. Quiet and pleasant experience. Staff was very kind.

I wish I could post pictures with this review 🤢 Stayed in room #122. The room has a strong smell of stale cigarettes despite no-smoking signs everywhere. No hotel soaps or shampoos, mold on the fridge, pretty sure there’s blood drops on the floor… quite unsettling. For $170 a night, this is disarray. Also found what looks to be a needle cap under the bed … Hampton Nh board of health honestly should be called. Was going to try the breakfast, but after seeing the state of the room, I’m not trying to get food poisoning. Do better seabrook inn.

Filthy rooms, bedding looked clean but smelled awful. Bathroom was not clean and vent plugged up with tissues. I cannot imagine that this room is ever cleaned. Piles of dust and dirt in corners, stained rugs throughout. Plunger wrapped in plastic next to toilet bowl. Definitely will be wearing flip flops in the shower.
