Not happy with State Farm right now. My agent retired and another agent took over my policy didn't get any kind of notice about this happening. Have been a loyal customer for more then 30 years and have never made a claim with State Farm I had to make a claim this year because of a cracked windshield and called my agent for two weeks and the phone was disconnected. Had to call the 1 800 number to find out my agent had retired. Not even a letter State Farm. In my opinion this company has poor customer service. I will say my windshield was fixed and the service was good.
