Same as other stores in the area. Distancing, frequent cleaning and masks required. If you're afraid of in person shopping they do have online ordering with curbside pick up or home delivery (within specific parameters).
I don't remember seeing hermit crabs there either.

As much as I like this place for the variety of food and other stuff, I wouldn't recommend buying any live animals there other than crickets or feeder fish. Every animal I've bought from there had some type of condition and died. That, and most of the people who work there don't know much about the animals they sell. We've gotten a lot of bad advice and only get food and stuff we KNOW about from there now. If you get a ferret, go somewhere that knows all about them and can really help you better
im not sure if they have kittens or young cats but i do know Nevins Farm in Methuen has lots
