Food wasn't that great at all...far from being hot...closer to bein cold than anything...I had to wait for fresh fries...waited almost 10 min they brought my food out and I pulled out...I drove maybe 200yrds reached in the bag for a nice hot frie and they weren't even hot and only had about 10 fries at that...waste of money...wasn't goin back and complaining because we all know what may happen then...2nd time in a row I had a bad experience at this place...both times were around 7-8 at nite...won't be a 3rd time because I won't ever go back

Ryan roberts is on Megan's law but yet he’s an employee there? That’s a big No for me. And weather or not the women who shared that video was causing the commotion or not, the situation could have been handled differently and better. Not giving the middle finger to customers. And if you are open until 8, you will serve customers their orders until 8 🤗

My daughter and I stopped here after her riding lessons and I was very pleased with how fresh and hot our food was and it was fairly quick too. I would have gave them a 5 star but the girl working drive thru seem like I was just bothering her. When I said thank you she just act like she didn't hear me when I know she did. I hate going through drive thru and the worker has an attitude and acts like she hated her job it ruins it experience and makes me not want to come back.

Soooo the drive though speaker is almost unusable. They can’t hear you and you can’t hear them. Unless there is no traffic which is not often today. Getting past that, the Manager is really nice and most of the employees are friendly and accommodating. KFC hasn’t changed in a long time so you either like them or you don’t. Personally I do. They added a Nashville hot chicken sandwich to the menu which my wife and I both love. That being said, they are starting to get sloppy and foolish with the making of the sandwich. One case in point was the recent use of 12 pickles on one sandwich. Now I like pickles, but seriously?? They are slopping the sauces on the sandwich and making a mess of them. So how about take the time to make it right and quit being foolish and wasteful with the ingredients.
