Rent varies according to home location. It is currently in a stalled review between tenants and owners to get it more balanced out. I do not know all the rates but I would say $400 +/- average. We are residents and lot rent includes; mowing, club house, pool, several open boat docks. Not included; yard trimming, water, sewer, electric, trash removal, covered boat dock. Area available for storing RVs, trailers etc at a fee.
I don't live there and I don't know all who do.
