I’m a platinum elite Marriott member and travel often. I accidentally left a box in my room and called the hotel. and Mark, the GM, answered the phone and I’m a platinum elite Marriott member and travel often. I accidentally left a box in my room and called the hotel. Mark, the GM, answered the phone and couldn’t seem more indifferent towards the situation. I felt like Mark had a super poor attitude and couldn’t be bothered by a guest accidentally leaving something important behind. He told me that when housekeeping got around to my room they would check for the missing item and then call me. Zero sense of urgency - unlike my experience at other Marriott properties. Hours go by and I didn’t receive a call so I called the hotel again and spoke with a different person that confirmed they had my missing item. I was sent an email and had to pay over $40 to get it shipped to me within the same state of MA.

The little things mean alot. A double sided trash/recycling bin is a great idea. Placing the water temperature controls so that one can set them BEFORE entering the shower is pure genius! The staff were inviting and extremely helpful. Also, I arrived hungry at midnight. The food vending area saved my life!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and new. We used this hotel for both ourselves and our guests for our recent wedding. By coordinating with hotel staff for our room block, we were able to book a huge corner room that we used for myself and the bridesmaids for getting ready. This room was perfect - so spacious and we loved the higher white chairs and cute bar set up. It was the perfect room for getting hair and makeup done! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff very welcoming. Stay wasn’t bad. Rooms were clean and presentable. However I wouldn’t recommend leaving anything valuable in your room if your stepping out. My husband and I rented a room for the weekend for our friends wedding and caught a house keeper in our room. I believe her name was theressa. She claimed she was “cleaning and bringing extra towels” however we never asked for towels and there was no cleaning cart or supplies anywhere to be found. I had left my left my purse in the room since we was just stepping out for breakfast and when I looked $40 that I had placed in my bag was gone. Besides that everything was okay.
