My neighbor recommended the place and I finally was in the area. Popped in to get a pizza. Found out that it was a cash only pizza place and fortunately there's an ATM at the front. Mentioned to the guy that walked in a moment after I did that this was my first time here and he told me of a friend of his living in FL made DiCarlos a first stop when visiting the area. In fact he got his friend on the phone and the guy in Florida told me how much I was going to enjoy it. From there the torch seem to be passed from one customer to the next while I waited for my pizza. Getting everyone's favorite thing about DiCarlos and what I could expect. Let me simply say this... I was not disappointed. It was amazing.

Had the best pizza from here in 40 years yesterday. I was like the old days at the shop on 3 rd street downtown, when the pizza was .10 a slice. Don’t know who made it but my husband got me four slices sometime between 2 pm and 3. Just wanted to say thank you and keep making it. Date was 05/11

Pizza was excellent! The experience was not! The person behind the counter was rude. A customer returned their order because it was incorrect, and she was so rude that he started shouting, and amidst all this, I was left standing, completely ignored. I waited 10 minutes past my pick up time, with her waiting on others, updating others on when their orders would be ready, and completely ignoring me. I finally spoke up and was told I would be served in order! So I waited, got my food, and left. Not a nice lady.

All cash, no cards
We brought leftover pizza back to Maryland and it held up quite well. But the fresh pizza was a lot better.
Im not 100 percent sure i wana say its low to mid 20s.i always stop n get a few slices.so worth it.get it xtra crispy n get a bag of cheese on the side.take it home put xtra cheese on it n eat it before the xtra cheese melts.sooooooo gooood.
Yes the pizza crust and sauce are cooked. They add the cheese and pepperoni when they box it. Definitely a local favorite :)
The one in Wintersville doesnt deliver. Check the one downtown Steubenville.
Pizza here is sold by the slice. Slices are square and cut from a large rectangular tray.
