My boyfriend and I have been looking into moving to Milford, NH for sometime now and thought these lofts looked beautiful....that was before our struggle with CONTACTING ANYONE THERE. I’m not convinced this business even has actual employees!! 2+ emails from me, one from my boyfriend and 3 voicemails; no return call or email. And judging by these reviews, we were not the only ones. YOU HAVE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO LIVE HERE AND WILL PAY $$ TO DO SO. The most ridiculous waste of time in this moving process has been spent trying to contact this “company”. Don’t waste your time!!!

Lived at Pine Valley Lofts for five years James from maintenance is the best professional, respectful and patient always on time and cleans after doing work place is wonderful to live neighbors are quiet I love Milford completely different from Trashua (Nashua NH ) BUT GOOD LUCK GETTING A HOLD OF THE OFFICE REP AND BEWARE! OF DOCUMENTING YOUR NOTICE TO MOVE OUT! BEWARE OF OFFICE REP SHE IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE AND NEVER EVER CALLS YOU BACK!!!!! RARELY COMES TO OFFICE LOCATION SO IF YOU DROP THE VACATING NOTICE IN THE DROP BOX SHE WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT WITH SHE NEVER GOT NOTICE 🐱
