I scheduled an appointment with them online and they closed the building early on the day of my appointment without notifying me. I never got any kind of cancellation notice or apology or phone call explaining what happened. If they can't even get basic communication right then I wouldn't dare trust them with anything related to health care.

I walked in at 5:30 on a Saturday and the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. She said they were taking a break from allowing walk ins because they were backed up, but told me I could wait. She could have easily turned me away, but instead showed true compassion. She gave me all the paperwork and registration forms to make check in faster. I only waited for about 30 minutes before being seen by the PA who was kind, empathetic, listened to me, and helped me get the treatment I needed. I was at a different urgent care earlier where everybody was cold, rude, actually refused to provide treatment and were unwilling to provide me with a second opinion. I’m glad I decided to go to CareWell, and will be going back if I need to in the future.
