Some of these reviews are COMPLETELY off. Thos pharmacy is AMAZING. They work their butts off for everyone and do everything in their power. Those who are leaving negative reviews are obviously people without respect of others. They do all they can to provide the best service under their control. Here is an odd thing, if YOUR script isn't called in... blame your DOCTOR, not the people who are trying to fill thousands of other scripts. If YOUR insurance doesn't cover YOUR meds, try calling YOUR insurance to figure out why. It blows my mind that these comments are all negative over things this pharmacy cannot control. People need to stop being lazy and stop hounding the people we need. THANK YOU Ballenger CVS for being AMAZING. Front store and pharmacy. These negative commentors should get a job there to help out if they think the store is so bad so they can be part of the solution of lack of staff. Keep up thr FANTASTIC work and keep smiling. You all rock!!!!!!!

I had a good expirence. I transferred a prescription and it was ready in two days. First time I called there was a wait but only about 10 min. No big deal. I called a second time and it was about 15 min wait. Both women I talked to were nice. The second woman checked my insurance which was unfortunately not going to cover my prescription. She provided me a coupon that save me $84. Without insurance my prescription would have cost $121. When I drove up to pick up my prescription, the woman at the window was also nice.

Pharmacy is awful. Received notification from my doctor’s office and CVS (via text and email) that my prescription was being refilled. I called CVS before leaving work to see if it would be ready on my way home. Automated service stated it would be ready in 5 days, which didn’t make any sense. I asked to speak to the pharmacy. I speak to Karen who says they never received a prescription and that there’s nothing they can do. She said they were waiting to hear from the doctors office and I would have to wait until Monday. I shared with her that CVS notified me it’s in process, and my medical chart shows my doctors approval and submission of the refill. Again, she said nothing she could do. I called my doctors office, who confirmed they sent it over to this CVS. I called back and lucky me, I got Karen again. Karen said there’s nothing they can do, they haven’t received anything and corporate must be sending me faulty messages. I asked her if she can contact the doctors office, since I did and am being told they sent it. She said no, there’s nothing she can do, but I can all corporate. I shared that she’s being very unhelpful and that if this was a medication that I needed to take daily, I could be medically compromised. She told me “I’m sorry you don’t like what I’m saying, but have a good day.” She was very condescending and acting like I was a nuisance and an idiot. Before ending the call, I asked to confirm her name and she said “it’s Karen, for the second time.” Quite the fitting name I would say. In any event, I called corporate and they were able to pull up my chart and low and behold MY PRESCRIPTION WAS AT THE CVS. Corporate had no idea why I was being told it was never sent over, despite them having the script from the doctor earlier in the day. GO ELSEWHERE.

The pharmacist turned my boyfriend down for his scheduled COVID VACCINE on 1/13 because he “smelled like weed” and literally told him to “clean up”. If this pharmacist would have started a productive conversation he could’ve found out that he has his medical card. It’s 2022 I can’t believe discrimination this obvious is allowed, can we grow up? I’ll never step foot in this location again.
