DO NOT move here. I lived here for one year. I moved out and got email confirmation that I would get my security deposit back. 4 months later they refuse to answer my calls or emails and I’m having to take them to court to get my security deposit back. The worst experience of my life.

Don’t waste your time lived here for a month and already want to move out. Garage doors are always kept unlocked it is not safe at all. For 2900$ a month the least you can do is keep the doors closed. You call the leasing office and they tell you “well the garage is half wall open so if the doors are closed or open it doesnt matter” so because the garage is half open the doors are supposed to be jammed up and opened at all times? Don’t waste your time find a better apartment. This is not worth it. If I knew it was like this I would’ve never moved here they don’t tell you none of this.worst leasing office ever.

Packages get stolen a lot. There is NO secure area for UPS or FedEx. It is a shame for a such nice apartment complex to not to think about these issues. Everett police told me they don't look for lost packages and it seems like happening a lot.

Yes, we are pet-friendly! We welcome both dogs and cats, with certain breed restrictions on dogs. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment home. There is a $35 monthly charge per cat, and a $50 monthly charge per dog. For information on breed restrictions and service/companion animals, please contact us.
