Nice hotel. It had a microwave which was nice. Hotel was nice clean entry new. Small parking lot for $40 a day(Aug 2022). Only a 13 min walk for museum of science, and 10 minute drive from Quincy Market and Fennel Hall. Right next to the Green subway line which is a five 5 walk . Good compromise if your looking to pay a little less rather than staying downtown.

I stay in Marriott hotels over 100 nights a year and at this hotel quite often. Staff is super friendly and always welcoming. Never had a single issue.
The beaches and board walks are a short drive or Uber ride away. You should be able to get where you want in 15 minutes or so.
There are limited spaces on property and they charge you a fee for parking or you can park in a garage a few blocks away for a lesser amount
