The employee during our visit to get our phone fixed, Hanna, provided great customer service and cleaned out my charging port in 5 minutes and didn’t charge me a thing. She was very helpful and told me how to prevent it so it doesn’t happen again.

I never leave a review for anything but I had a great experience here. I thought i needed a $125 charging port replacement. Took my phone in, the woman at the desk said she'd try to clean it for free first. She spent 5 mins with my phone in the back cleaning it and brought it back out and it worked perfectly! No charge! Just awesome customer service, I'll be back again. Give this woman a raise!

Just stopped in at uBreakiFix. Verizon wanted me to buy a new phone due to a speak problem. Dario cleaned it and I was on my way. Excellent service.

My husband’s phone charging port had rice stuck in it and they fixed it in less than 5 minutes! Super polite, gave some advice for future issues when there’s water damage, and super quick. Definitely will go back if another piece of tech has issues or breaks.
