My daughter and I went in yesterday after finding this location on maps. Reminds me of the old school hobby shops I grew up with as a kid. The selection is amazing! The store owner is very nice and fun to talk with. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Milwaukee.

More like unhappy hobby, the guy is mean, the place dirty, saw bed bugs and mice. And oh yeah he's a known racist! .. and not kind of..I mean a hard core one!. He also take stuff from the thrift store garbage across the street and sells it over priced!

Honestly if I could give no stars I would! Walked in the store saw about 6/7 binders labeled yugioh so ask to see them all but owner would only let me see 3 first... went through them and saw nothing I needed so ask if I could see the remainder of binders... owner replied "I see no point, if you didn't find anything in those then there's no point of you seeing the rest"... in my head I was like dang for real... so I replied "really???" And he was like "yes"... so I just walked out and told him "this is the last time I ever come here and I'll just leave him a bad review"... I seriously don't know how someone can have a store called "happy hobby" when they're so rude to people that come in their store. I would have loved to be a customer since the store does have a lot of other neat things that do interest me but after today's experience that will never happen. Ps. All this happened within only being in that store for about 20mins(5:10pm-5:30pm)... also 90% of the cards i did see were over priced and their were even FAKE cards that were list for $30. What a joke!

The aisles are cluttered and the building has seen better days but there is a large selection of model kits and in several visits I've found the proprietor to be friendly and helpful. Prices are in line with other brick and mortar stores and I haven't left empty handed on any of my visits. If you're looking for models to build you'll probably find something of interest here.
