It’s been a month since those low reviews and I can attest that the experience at this hair salon is nothing like they were describing. I booked a last minute hair appointment and the salon owner (Kerry-Ann) was able to squeeze me in. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire experience. I learned a long time ago that it’s easier to write bad reviews about small businesses, than to address concerns to the owner and finding a compromise. It’s a shame how a salon that existed for a long time with positive reviews on other platforms is being weighed down by reviews that could’ve been handled through simple communication. I recommend trying this place out and getting to know the owner! The prices are reasonable and her professionalism is superb!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment for my daughters. I called to get pricing and was met with a rude aggressive receptionist. My children have never been to a salon so I was trying to get some guidance about their natural hair and trimming etc. I asked one question about flat ironing and blow out and the person probably got offended because I mentioned blow out like Dominican hairstylist. She said I can cancel my appointment and hung up. I immediately called back and she claimed I was speaking to the owner and it was the owner who was rude to me. I was appalled. I visited here about 2 years ago and even recommended it to friends. Now I would never recommend it to anyone, ever. And to think it's called heaven on earth, owned by a Christian lady and this is the way you speak to people. Wow. I am in shock and appalled.
