Very disappointing. We’ve shopped at Concord, Brentwood, Oakley, and downtown Antioch Grocery Outlets for many years, in fact, we remember the old Canned Food Warehouse, the parent company in Berkeley California back in the 1970s. The Buchanan Road Antioch store is poorly managed. They were out of several items in their weekly ad. There were no substitutions or oversold coupons offered. There were two registers open but when I went to checkout the clerk put up a closed sign and made me go to the other line that had several people waiting. Shameful. The store looked like a bomb hit it. If this is a franchise store it’s time to retrain or buy them out and hire professionals.

Not familiar with the store. It was my first time there. The organic vegetable section was incredibly small. Quality of organic chicken not as good as I have seen in the one in PH. I doubt that I will return.

I don't mind shopping here if I only need a few things, they don't have everything most grocery stores have but what they did have is priced well. You can find everything to make a meal, just maybe not the meal you had planned. The selection changes. They do have a lot of cool items though. You can always find seasonal gifts.

This place gets worse every time I go in. I've been shopping here since they opened... loyal customer, I come in at least twice a week. This year the staff is the worst! Even the cashier who has been there forever is no longer friendly and even had the audacity to check my cart over several times as if we were stealing after spending nearly $200! One cashier loudly states she has an interview somewhere else nearly every time we see her. Obviously other places see she is not cut out for customer service as she still works for Grocery Outlet! Think I'll take my business elsewhere...
