They have not performed garbage collection for 2 weeks. Called pretty much everyday and have been told the same thing with no better results. They do not value their customers, are unresponsive and provide a very poor service

If you love putting out your trash and recycling one day and guessing if they will pick up both on the same day or maybe a day or two later because "trucks broke down" (every week is the same story 😬), this company is for you 🙄

Terrible service , every time you turn around they have a different excuse why the didn’t pick up the trash . And I live n Bear territory , we depend on timely pick ups . Will not recommend, this company will soon be going out of business if they don’t get better management !

County waste never picks up at the same time or day every week. They come when they please and lately not at all 3 weeks now ive been picking garbage up all over the neighborhood bc animals get in it Since it hasnt been picked up. Good luck calling them ull be on hold at least 45 mins only to be spoken to by some rude condesending woman.
