This shop was a blessing!! My son is going to College in Orlando, 900 miles from home. So when his truck was acting up we had no idea who we could trust to help. So thankful we found Repair Tech Auto, the owner Charlie and his son were a huge help! Keeping me informed along the way of what was going on with the truck and what it would cost to fix it. They never pressured us to do extra things like a dealership will do. Very honest and helpful people!! The prices are very reasonable as well! While my son is living in Orlando this will be the only place he takes his truck to! Thank you to Charlie for your continued service to this country! Charlie was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to find out why my car was shaking even after I had taken it for balancing at another place (tire discounts) without luck. He inspected the car thoroughly, took pictures of everything, and kept me in the know as it was happening. The service was also fairly priced. Definitely recommend!

Charlie is simply the best. This is the second time we've brought one of the kids' vehicles by for an urgent repair. The diagnostic software that he uses is amazing, it lists everything in a way that is easy to understand. Charlie is honest about what must and must not be done, and the prices are more than fair. The shop uses Ring Central to help manage the large volume of calls. Many of our customers text directly to the shop's main number on 407-348-3400. Voicemails are transcribed and sent to us, and we do our best to return all calls. The call system has a selection to "Speak to a Service Advisor" which will ring through. Text is the most expedient as we can reply while we multi-task.
Yes you can. Even though we charge $20.00 per hour for a 2 post lift, we have a special rate of $10.00 for 30 minutes to do an oil change only. Plus $2.00 for used oil disposal fee.
