This place is a joke when trying to get your blood drawn. The waits are 1-3hrs.

The staff at St Mary’s Rao iOutpatient Pavilion are the most pleasant hard working people.. everyone is so friendly and they go above and beyond to help you .. I can not say enough about the receptionists , the urgent care Drs and also the imaging center.

Some of the doctors are just fine but front desk personnel is NEVER friendly. Long wait times for a mere blood draw.

Yes, as long as you have orders from your doctor. Just bring the order to the security station and tell them you need labs done. They will give you a number to call, and they will instruct you as to how you proceed. It's very well organized.
